We are offering the amusement park of “Sofia
Land”, build on an area of 34 880 sq.m. That area includes the
park itself, parking for 120 cars and 5 buses, additional
parking for 750 cars, green area. The amusement park is situated
very close to the centre of Sofia (5 min by car) in the
“Borisova gradina” Park.
“Sofia land” amusement park consists of 27 main amusement
facilities divided in three groups- Children zone, Family Zone
and Extreme Zone. There are a lot of restaurants, bars, coffee
and lunch bars on the territory of the amusement park, as well
as other amusement facilities like bowling, pool tables, cinema,
and shops.
The park is opened all year round, however during the winter
season only the sheltered part of the park is available for
visitors.
The Building of the amusement park is on 2 floors and the land
has the following parameters:
The parameters of the land will be changed in
2 to 3 months time (the procedure has already been started),
which will allow the building of other residential or commercial
buildings on the plot of land belonging to the park.
